My first Workout of the Day!!! It kicked my BUTT let me tell you!! This was yesterday, btw, I’ll post today’s workout either tonight or tomorrow.
Samson Stretches x 2
.5 mi on stationary bike
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls with 10lb dumbells
10 Kettleball swings with a 20lb dumbell
10 Walking lunge steps
10 Push Presses with 10lb dumbells
10 Thrusters with 10lb dumbells
10 Standard Jump Rope Jumps
CD–sit, gasp, pretend I don’t feel like puking, then stumble back to my apartment!!
