.5 mi Stationary Bike
So the prescribed workout (modified based on my equipment) was:
15 minutes, as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) where 1 round is:
5 Dead lifts
10 Push ups
9 Tuck Jumps
I made it through 2 rounds + push ups in 7 mins when a tiny little thing came into the tiny fitness room to run on the treadmill. And I simply couldn’t stand huffing and puffing through tuck jumps and push ups with her watching, so I bailed.
Bah, I left feeling frustrated and unmotivated. Just, bah.
