Warm up:
Samson Stretch x 2
5 Burpees

3 Rounds for Time:
Lunges x 40
Squats x 20
Supermans x 10

Time: 11:55

Blah, that looked way easier on paper than it was once I actually started it. I imagine I’ll be feeling it tomorrow. But, at least I got off my butt and worked out again. Here’s to doing so again tomorrow!!!
