WU—20 min jog (have to jog 15 mins w/o stopping for a PAT for a job I’m applying for next week, and it’s been a loooong time since I’ve run at all, so I was glad I could do this!)

WOD: Front Squats


50-60 (failed—fell on my butt on the 2nd rep)-50-50-40-40

I had to use dumbbells, since I don’t have any barbells available to me, and this was the first time I’d done front squats, so I felt pretty good about it. Glad I’d watched some vids ahead of time and knew to just drop the weights if I started falling, which I did. I did one rep at 60 lbs, though, so I guess that’s my current PR!

The biggest thing here was my 20 min jog, honestly. Running is my cryptonite, and it was good to nail this my first time practicing it for my fitness test!
