Basically, pass the Navy PFT for my age. You have no idea what it takes just to admit that that is my goal, but the fact is, I won’t get there by pretending otherwise!

Sit ups (1 min): 40Push ups (1 min): 11
1.5 mile run: 16:45

Weight: 140
